Establishment of IQAC
- IQAC of our college was established on 09.08.2006 as proposed by NAAC, after our first accreditation.
- Since its inception, the IQAC has been taking all efforts to make consistent improvement in academics and administration for the holistic development of the institution
Vision and Mission of IQAC
IQAC –Vision
IQAC aims at continuous enhancement of the quality of academic and administrative performance of the institution, by guided self assessments, sustaining the significant growth, and also to find innovations to ensure further improvements in all aspects of the institution.
IQAC –Mission
- Promoting a conducive environment for quality teaching and learning in the institution.
- Facilitating faculty maturation to adopt knowledge and technology for student centric teaching and learning process
- Motivating departments to organize more Seminars, Conferences Workshops on thrust areas and add-on courses
- Imbibing research culture among staff & students.
- Arranging for Feedback response from Students, Alumnae, Parents and other Stakeholders for quality evaluation, promotion and sustenance.
- Conducting quality audits (Environmental Audit, Energy Audit, Academic and Administrative Audit and Gender Audit)
- Documentation of various programmes/activities leading to quality improvement.
Objectives of IQAC
- To develop a system for conscious, consistent & catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution.
- To channelize all efforts & measures of the institution towards promoting its holistic academic excellence.
- To ensure heightened level of clarity and focus in institutional functioning towards quality enhancement
- To act as a dynamic system for quality changes in HEIs
- To create an eco system for innovation and to initiate creation and sharing of knowledge.
